Regional expertise

Saudi Arabia has the largest economy in the Gulf region and its funds industry is growing rapidly.  Our Riyadh office puts us at the heart of this development with recognised expertise in both domestic and international fund structuring.  Our cross-border team draws on local regulatory knowledge and the strength of our international network to find innovative and effective solutions for our clients.

We advise clients active in all segments of the funds market including private equity funds, renewable energy and infrastructure funds, real estate funds, debt funds, hedge funds and hybrid funds. We have dedicated funds experts in fund structuring, transactions, tax, and regulatory matters and can call upon this expertise when advising on complex issues and structuring options.

The breadth of our experience in helping general partners and limited partners successfully close funds of all sizes gives us unparalleled insight in the drivers shaping the market, be they commercial, legal, tax or regulatory. We not only know how fund terms are changing but why they are changing. This enables us to anticipate fundraising issues in advance and to provide clients with practical solutions to overcome them.
