Bill is a seasoned and successful expert in trade mark and designs law, establishing successful practices in both Australia and the UK. Prior to returning to Australia, Bill practiced in London where he managed an international trade marks and designs prosecution practice.
Bill has extensive experience in contested trade mark matters, with an impressive track record before IP Australia and Intellectual Property Offices of NZ and the UK and the European Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market. He also specialises in new product launches and in developing and implementing clearance, prosecution and enforcement strategies for global and local brands.
