Agnes has advised on numerous Hong Kong listed warrant programmes and SFC authorised retail investment products and maintained a close working relationship with the Exchange and SFC.
Agnes has also advised numerous financial institutions in relation to licensing and regulatory compliance issues on general financial regulatory development and product platform development in Hong Kong.
