Mr. Feng initially joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2001. He is one of the founding partners of IP group at King & Wood Mallesons. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced as a patent agent and attorney-at-law at a large Chinese intellectual property law firm for eight years. He has also worked at one of the largest U.S. intellectual property law firms for two years.
Mr. Feng graduated with Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Engineering, both in computer applications, from Beijing Institute of Technology. He also gained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in U.S. Law and an intellectual property certificate from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Feng was admitted as a Chinese patent agent and Chinese attorney-at-law in 1994 and 1999, respectively. He was qualified as a Chinese trademark agent in 2000. He was admitted to practice before the USPTO with limited recognition in 2008.
Mr. Feng authored Drafting Patent Applications in Electrical Fields (SIPO Intellectual Property Publishing House 2007).
Mr. Feng participated in drafting the textbooks for SIPO patent agent practical skills training. He contributed on teaching as well as teacher training.
