Paul Starr named ‘Pre-Eminent’ practitioner in Doyle’s Guide 2020

Paul Starr has been recognised as ‘Pre-Eminent’ practitioner in Hong Kong Construction in Doyle’s Guide 2020. Co-head of KWM’s worldwide arbitration practice and Hong Kong Practice Team Leader for Construction and Dispute Resolution, Paul has over 34 years of experience in Hong Kong and Asia conducting and resolving many of the region’s largest arbitrations, as well as construction and infrastructure disputes. Paul is an arbitrator/mediator with HKIAC and AIAC, and an arbitrator with CIETAC, SHIAC and SCIA. He has been asked by Hong Kong Red Cross and Hong Kong Trade Development Council to sit on their advisory board and committee.
