KWM releases "Law and Practice in the Greater Bay Area I" (Bilingual)

The concept of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Greater Bay Area) was initially proposed in 2008 and then raised twice consecutively in the Reports on the Work of the Government of the People’s Republic of China, which elevates it to the level of national strategy of China. The Greater Bay Area has obvious regional advantages and is a key development driver within the Pan-Pearl River Delta region. It offers abundant and lucrative business opportunities for businesses, which require high quality legal services to enable growth. In response to the development of national strategy, in April 2018, King & Wood Mallesons established the KWM International Center in the Greater Bay Area to combine expertise of our Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Sanya offices and resources on our global network, demonstrating another important step of KWM’s strategies of internationalization and development.

King & Wood Mallesons and KWM Institute are now jointly publishing this KWM INSIGHTS: Legal Practice in the Greater Bay Area I, offering in-depth analysis on laws and policies concerning the Greater Bay Area city cluster and solutions in the development of the Greater Bay Area for the benefit of our readers and clients.
