Carl Richards, London Head of Employment, and counsel Cerys Williams investigated the effects of the financial services sector’s new Senior Managers & Certification Regime, the most recent liability legislation on personal exposure in the commercial world. 

In an article for Economia, the authors discussed the workings of the new policy, which goes further and increasingly holds business leaders and company directors personally liable for failures that might draw on the public purse.
