In the field of Securities & Capital Markets, Li Qiang provides legal services by representing domestic enterprises in IPO in Science and Technology Innovation Board, Growth Enterprise Market and Overseas Capital Market. Mr. Li Qiang also provides legal services as legal Counsel for many listed companies in equity incentive plan, refinancing program, M&A, material assets reorganization, etc.

In the filed of Private Equity & Fund, He represents Private Equity Investment Fund in fund manager registration and  fund filing and recordal, equity investment. He also represents enterprises in their financing from Private Equity & Fund.

In the field of Corporate, M&A, Mr. Li Qiang represents overseas enterprises in their investment in China such as joint ventures, M&A, etc. He also provides legal services for overseas enterprises in the divestment of their businesses in China. Mr. Li Qiang also provide legal services by representing domestic enterprise in transnational M&A.

In recent years, Mr. Li Qiang has represented many enterprises in IPO, M&A and other businesses in medical device industry, medical service industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. He also represented well-known Chinese enterprises in industrial Internet industry in their investment and financing, M&A, etc. Mr. Li also provided legal services for many enterprises on their investment and financing in Infrastructure and M&A.

Mr. Li Qiang is awarded honor such as Excellent Lawyer in Shandong Province in China.

Work experience

Mr. Li Qiang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2008. He received his LL.B. from Harbin Engineering University in 1995 and his LL.M. from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2005. Mr. Li was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 1996.

Mr. Li is proficient in Chinese and English.
