Ms. Ye Xiaobei specializes in capital markets, mergers & acquisition, corporate finance, cross-border investment, and general corporate matters.
Ms. Ye Xiaobei represents issuers or underwriters on a large number of initial public offerings and listings on overseas or PRC domestic stock exchange of companies (including state-owned enterprises, privately-owned enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises).
Ms. Ye Xiaobei has extensive experience in representing multinational or domestic companies in relation to their mergers & acquisitions, private placements in a wide range of business sectors such as real estate, bank, automotive, IT, infrastructure, manufacturing, electric power, bio-pharmaceutical, logistic, food & beverage, telecommunications, energy, mining and retail industry .
In addition, Ms. Ye Xiaobei advises multinational companies on general corporate matters, inbound and outbound investment and business negotiations.
Work experience
Ms. Ye Xuaobei joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ye worked with an international law firm's Hong Kong office as well as another well-known PRC law firm.
Ms. Ye Xiaobei received an LLB degree from Shenzhen University and an LLM degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, respectively.
Ms. Ye Xiaobei was admitted in the PRC and New York State, US, respectively.
Ms. Ye Xiaobei's working languages are Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
