Mr. Qian Yaozhi leads King Wood Mallesons' Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group, specializing in the resolution of various commercial contract disputes, financial dispute, corporate and securities disputes, investment disputes, energy disputes, the disputes on the real estate development and management, construction, immoveable property and property management, and the disputes on the property right, personal right and infringement behavior, etc.
He engages in a broad range of legal services within the areas of economy and trade, including loans, guarantees, disputes on insurance contract, L/C, bills and settlements, financing lease agreement, trust, futures trading and pawning, shareholder's rights, and corporate interests in damages, etc. In particular, Mr. Qian has richer experience in the fields of finance and corporate. Once he had litigated for many domestic and international famous enterprises in several hundreds of influential cases, having strong capacities on the judicial practice and problem solving.
